Stayed at  Sofitel Palm Resort - Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The resort has a vast range of facilities and that provides the guest many choices for relaxation. However, the massage facility is very limited. They take very few bookings, should consider increasing especially during peak period or weekends.

Stayed at  Mutiara Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Abt Rm$7 from Custom to the hotel, and 5 min short ride. Beside Holiday Plaza, which has lesser crowd than it is compared to past few years, there seems to be not much activities around the hotel. Personally, I preferred to shop in Holiday Plaza, so dun really mind the quietness.

Stayed at  Eden Garden Hotel Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
This is a one stop destination !! There are activities thru out the day. The food stalls infront of the hotel is cheap and good. And the staff are so pleasant. There are also pubs around.. endless activity..

Stayed at  Eden Garden Hotel Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Located next to hawker center (open past midnight) where you can have supper after disco at floating palace. Music suitable for dancing. You be surprised by the huge crazy crowds :)

If u don't mind, there are some very good seafood restaurants just outside the duty free zone. Food are very cheap and delicious, although the surrounding may be a little dirty.
